SEOULSATION CAMPAIGN
TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORGANIZER AND ELIGIBILITY

  1. Campaign Seoulsation ("Campaign") is organized by Taokaenoi Food & Marketing PCL ("Organizer") and is open to permanent residents of Malaysia or Malaysian nationals with a valid MyKad ("Participants").
  2. The Campaign is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines [“Terms and Conditions”]. By submitting an entry, the participant is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Individuals from the following groups are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:
  • Organizing Staff (including affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouse); and/or
  • Representatives, employees, and/or agents of advertising services and/or promotions of the Organizer (including affiliated and related companies), and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouse);
  • Individuals who have direct contact with Organizational staff (including affiliated and related companies).

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

  1. This campaign will be held from October 6, 2024, to November 30, 2024 ("Campaign Period").
  2. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or extend the campaign period for any reason at any time, without any liability and without prior notice. Entries received outside the campaign period are invalid and will be cancelled.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. To join this campaign, participants are required to purchase Tao Kae Noi Crispy M COUNTDOWN version in a single receipt from participating stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
  2. Participants can submit multiple entries, as long as each entry is accompanied by a unique special code available inside Tao Kae Noi Crispy M COUNTDOWN version. Duplicate codes will invalidate participation.

Note: Entries received outside the campaign period will not be valid and will be cancelled.

METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

  1. Buy Tao Kae Noi Crispy M COUNTDOWN version at any participating stores, hypermarkets, and supermarkets to obtain unique code.
  2. Share a campaign post on your own Instagram or TikTok account, and tag the official Instagram account (@taokaenoiclubmy) or TikTok account (@taokaenoimalaysia). Include hashtags #MCOUNTDOWNwithTaoKaeNoi.
  3. Scan the QR code provided on the official Instagram account(@taokaenoiclubmy) and official communication materials to submit the unique code and personal information on the official campaign microsite to validate your participation.
  4. Answer the question: “Who will you bring to M COUNTDOWN with and why?” in less than 100 words.

Every valid unique code submission received during the Campaign Period will be a qualified submission.

PRIZES

  1. The Seoulsation campaign gives out the following prizes to the 65 winning entries:
  • Grand Prize: x5 Grand Prizes:
    2x Return tickets (Kuala Lumpur to Seoul)
    5 Days 3 nights Seoul Tour for 2 people
    Special Experience for M COUNTDOWN 
  • Special Prize: x60 special prizes of RM100 Google Play gift cards for Youtube Music Premium.

JUDGING CRITERIA

  1. Winners for the Grand Prizes and Special Prizes will be announced on TaoKaeNoi Malaysia’s official Facebook and Instagram @TaokaenoiClubMY on 02 December 2024.
  2. Each digital draw will be recorded and the recordings will be kept as auditing references.
  3. The decisions of the Organizers are final, binding and not in dispute. Any objection and / or complaint through any medium will not be entertained.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

  1. Winners will be notified via official announcement on TaoKaeNoi’s social media page. All prizes must be claimed within 1 month of the notice period. The prize claim is invalid and will be withdrawn if the winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period. The Organizer will not entertain any request for a delay in redeeming the prize.
  2. Winners for the Grand Prizes and Special Prizes will be announced on TaoKaeNoi Malaysia’s official Facebook and Instagram @TaokaenoiClubMY on 02 December 2024.. In the event that the winner does not receive any notice, the notice posted on Facebook: @TaokaenoiClubMY and Instagram: @taokaenoiclubmy shall be deemed sufficient. Any reason by the winner who does not receive any notification will not be entertained by the Organizer for the extension of the redemption period.

CONDITIONS AND LIABILITIES

  1. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any prizes that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Such prizes are non-replaceable, and the Organizer disclaims any obligation to provide replacements.
  2. For Grand Prize winners, the designated agency will organize the travel itinerary, covering flights and hotel accommodations from 17 February 2025 to 21 February 2025. Any additional arrangements not specified in the prize inclusion may result in extra costs, which will be the responsibility of the winners.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) in pursuant to the prize requesting procedure as prescribed by the Organizer. The Organizer will not be liable in the event of a notice to the winner not being received or for the delay in delivery of the notice to the winner.
  4. The risk of prize redemption is under the responsibility of the Participants. All costs and expenses associated with redeeming the prize will be borne by the Participants.
  5. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellations, schedule modifications, or date changes related to the grand prize trip to Korea, including the M COUNTDOWN experience. The Organizer disclaims all responsibility for any such alterations, and winners agree to waive any claims or demands in connection with changes to the grand prize itinerary.
  6. In the event that a grand prize winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the trip to Korea. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the age of participants and enforce this requirement.
  7. Should a winner be denied a visa or entry by immigration authorities for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another individual, nor exchanged for cash. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any issues or rejections encountered with immigration authorities, and the forfeiture of the prize in such circumstances shall be final and non-negotiable.
  8. The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to manage the verification of participants' submissions and the distribution of prizes.

PUBLICITY

  1. Acceptance of a prize signifies permission granted to the Organizer and its agency to use the participant's name and/or photo for publicity, advertising, and/or marketing purposes without notice and/or compensation.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant is deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions and shall comply with all decisions made by the Organizer.

CHANGES IN THE CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to the Campaign Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Participants are bound by such changes.

SUSPENSION

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

DATA PROTECTION

  1. By participating in this Campaign and providing your personal data, you agree to the Organizer's Privacy Policy and the processing of your personal data as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
